Get ready to get your hands in clay and experience the full thrill of throwing on the pottery wheel in just one day! This is a hands-on, immersive workshop where you’ll learn the core skills of throwing, create your own pieces, and leave with fired ceramics to enjoy at home.

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Learn the fundamentals of the pottery wheel — centering, pulling, shaping cylinders, bowls, and mugs

  • Experiment with textures, forms, and personal touches

  • Receive one-on-one guidance from Chloe in a small, friendly class

  • Enjoy a relaxed, creative environment designed to inspire and support you

Daily Schedule

  • 10:00–12:00: Throwing session — get hands-on and start creating your pieces

  • 12:00–13:00: Lunch break — tea, coffee, and cake provided

  • 13:00–15:00: Continue throwing — refine, experiment, and finish your pieces

After the workshop, all your pieces will be fired by Chloe so you can enjoy them safely at home. Optionally, you can return for a glazing session for £25 to personalise your fired work.
